Top Ten Book-Recommendations for the Journey of Motherhood.

I am somebody who just looooves to dive into a book, in saying this my reading list is NEVER ENDING. Some of these books I have devoured cover to cover multiple times, others I have opened up in a moment of desperation for guidance and they have offered divinely timed guidance. I have sorted them in order of preconception, pregnancy and postpartum. Up to you how you choose to dive in. There’s a fine line, once you’re pregnant, of ‘over consumption’ of information… start to recognise when you need to tap out of the education, and tap into your own intuition. My best suggestion would be to hire a doula so they can filter that information through to you with your own interests at the forefront of their minds. This really helped me find my most suited teachers/guides/authors.

All my love to you, beautiful one, oh and happy reading!
